How's This for a non-House-referenced Puzzle?

Puzzle 1: Call NATO has been solved by Jeffrey Leung and William Ngiam. They correctly identified that the first number in the code referred to which word of the NATO phonetic alphabet they should use and that the second referred to the letter in that particular word, ordered from the left. By deciphering the code, they got the following statements/questions:

Who plays November in Dollhouse?

Same surname, different gender.

Who does he play?

The answers in sequence are Miracle Laurie, Hugh Laurie, House, with HOUSE being the final correct answer.

Therefore, the Prologue of 'Origin' was posted last night.

It is my intention to wait for further feedback regarding 'Origin' before I publish Chapter One. And so I have devised a diabolical puzzle of intense difficulty with a much more substantial reward in mind. The first solver of this puzzle will have a poem dedicated to them written by myself on a topic of their choosing. Alternatively, another reward can be given through negotiation of the terms after the puzzle has been solved. Do not think that you will be able to solve this puzzle first glance. Think on it. Pray on it. And may you have luck in your quest.
