Welcome to the Agglomeration

Onyx

Smooth ebony,
Charcoal slate
Of dark hypnosis.

Sable texture,
Murky and hazy
Gem of longing.

Somber obscurity,
Dusky jewel of
Shrouded anonymity.

Obsidian facade and
Nameless identity.
Intangible, impalpable

Crystalline imperfection.
Impurity within the
Exterior paragon.

Gloomy.
Somber.
Funereal.

Mournful onyx,
How you compare
to my aching heart.

Geminate counterparts,
Selfsame duality,
Are we twins?

No, pitch-black jet,
No, Stygian stone.
You pale in comparision.

Till next time, may you agglomerate all your unpremeditated contemplations

Funereal is an amazingly exotic word, just the shape and sound of it, along with the visual aesthetics. I could probably relate that to the whole poem, truly sparkling imagery.
