Welcome to the Agglomeration
The all-consuming spaghetti monster that is the IB has been mostly responsible for the lack of postage that this blog has experienced over the past month. The other part is Seussical's fault. However, I've been so pissed off lately that I have to deal with like I usually do. So here's a poem. Do what you all usually do. Skim read it and forget about it for the rest of your lives.
Sonnet 1
Peace four layers deep is not
a cake worth trying. The sponge,
tasteless and soft melts away,
leaving arrays of dustspecked white.
The filling sour, do not devour,
poison trickling from unsheathed tips.
Forget the chocolate glaze, rich silk
not worth journeys of thousandmile.
You peel them away one by one,
and nothing remains but that
which couldn't stand alone,
worthless by itself, furthermore together.
Why be here to tempt the time
when nothing resonates except the rhyme?
Till next time, may you agglomerate all your unpremediated contemplations.
